ABOUT ME

I coach people who are managing change, making decisions, or simply trying to make life feel a little more aligned. Maybe you're facing a career shift, a personal transition, or you’ve just hit a point where “pushing through” isn’t cutting it anymore. Whatever you're navigating, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My coaching is practical and personal. I meet you where you are - with structure, warmth, and direct insight, and help you create clarity in the places that feel muddy. Together, we’ll work through what’s next with honesty, focus, and a sense of momentum.

Over the years, I’ve led sales teams, coached agents, built community culture, and guided people through major life transitions - including real-life moves across the country. I’ve been described as someone who brings positive grit, who leads with energy and empathy, who listens deeply, and who always shows up with a plan, a purpose, and a pulse on what’s possible.

I bring all of that to my coaching work today - my experience, my intuition, my sense of humor, and my deep belief in people’s ability to find alignment, take action, and live more honestly.

I live in Charlotte, NC, with my husband and our dog, Corky. I’m a proud mom to four independent young men (ages 17 to 35). When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me listening to an audiobook, on the pickleball court, out for a round of golf, or unwinding with some yoga. I also continue to consult on residential relocation and real estate strategy across the U.S.

If you’re ready to stop spinning and start finding a rhythm that works for your life - just reach out. You already have what it takes. I’ll help you see it more clearly.

When the outside looks polished but the inside feels messy—coaching helps bridge the gap.
You don’t need to start over. You need to tune in, realign, and lead from a more honest place.
